An illustrated colorized view of Broadway Avenue looking north from Fifth Street. This appears to be a daytime view of the busy streets. Automobiles and carriages can be seen parked on both sides of the street. A man pedaling a bicycle is riding south on the street railway tracks. American flags are flown on two buildings, one on each side of the street. The postcard is labeled "Broadway, North from Fifth Street, Lorain, Ohio".
The back of the postcard (not scanned) shows a postal cancellation in Lorain, Ohio at 4 PM on July 8, 1915. The postcard is addressed to a Miss Marie Van D--- , Dearborn Michigan. The message on the postcard is partially readable: "-------g a grand time, but the days are going fast."
